JOB Duties:

1. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to a team of 1-2 software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

2. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

3. Technical Leadership: Lead by example, contributing to the design, architecture, and implementation of software solutions, while staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

4. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.

6. Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.

7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles early in the development process, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

8. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to seek feedback, iterate on processes, and strive for excellence in all aspects of their work.

Job duties may be performed at the employer work site or via telecommuting work from anywhere in the U.S. Travel required to 466 S Skylane Dr., Durango, CO 81303 - once a year.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 24 months of experience as a Software Engineer or Sr. Software Engineer.

Job and interview: Durango, CO. 40 hours/week. $97,718.00/year. If offered, must have legal right to work in U.S.
