Good Feet Midwest is an expanding franchisee of The Good Feet Store, America’s #1 Arch Support Store. With 40+ locations across the Midwest and South, we’re poised for significant growth, planning to double our stores in the next 3–5 years.

Our mission is to improve people’s well-being and get them back to the life they love through premium Good Feet Arch Supports. We are looking to add a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to our team.

Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial data, preparing reports, forecasting future trends, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in analyzing financial performance and providing insights to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends, forecast future financial results, and support strategic planning.

Prepare detailed financial reports, models, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost management initiatives.

Collaborate with accounting, operations, and executive teams to gather relevant financial and operational data.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on financial metrics regularly.

Conduct scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities.

Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes including annual planning and monthly forecasting.

Maintain and improve financial models and tools to support business decisions.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA a plus).

2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Salary: 50,000.00-65,000.00 depending on experience
