O365 Architect

Direct Hire

We are seeking an O365 Architect to design, implement, document, and maintain Office 365 solutions aligned with organizational business and security objectives. This role serves as a subject matter expert and is essential in supporting the successful delivery of projects. The position requires collaboration across IT, various departments, and project stakeholders to ensure optimal performance, reliability, security, and user satisfaction within the Office 365 environment. A strong customer-first mindset is critical, as exceeding user expectations is a core part of the team culture.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

A high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 8 years managing, implementing, and supporting Office 365 across its various platforms, including email (required).

At least 10 years of experience in general IT infrastructure or operations support (required).

Minimum of 3 years experience working with Windows Server (required).

At least 1 year of experience with Flow, Forms, and/or PowerApps (preferred).

Minimum of 1 year of IT experience within the healthcare industry (preferred).
