Job Description
Koch Companies is looking for an Application Developer who’s ready to take ownership of high-impact projects that power our transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations. You’ll build new tools from the ground up, modernize existing systems, and collaborate with a small, experienced team to solve real business problems. This is a hands-on development role where you’ll code in C#, MVC, and modern web technologies with flexibility to learn and grow along the way. This role starts in-office for onboarding and transitions to a hybrid schedule (3 days in, 2 days remote) once you’re up to speed.
Location: This position is onsite at our corporate office in Golden Valley, MN Hybrid (after 90 days)
Who are you?
You’re a self-motivated developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving technical problems that matter. You take ownership of your work, stay organized, and meet deadlines without constant direction. You enjoy working with others but are just as comfortable digging into code on your own. You adapt quickly when technologies or priorities shift, and you’re open to learning new tools when needed. You care about building software that is clean, reliable, and aligned with business goals - and you’re not afraid to speak up, ask questions, or offer new ideas.
