Job Description

Responsibilities:

Produce and pack products according to specifications

Follow recipes and written instructions accurately

Maintain a clean and sanitary work area

Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Identify and report product defects

Work collaboratively under GMP, safety, and company guidelines

Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Experience in production, packaging, or general labor

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting

Familiarity with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Flexibility to work in various departments and adapt to changing roles

Strong communication and teamwork skillsWork Environment

Clean, well-maintained facility

Temperature-controlled warehouse

May be loud depending on the area

Production involves handling fruit-based productsCompensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Overtime: 1.5x pay rate

Job Type: Contract to Hire (3-month initial term)

Location: Santa Cruz, CA

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
