Job Position: Quality Control

Location: Dallas, TX 75247

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Shift: 1st Shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + OvertimeJob Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control associate to support our logistics and production operations in Dallas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes pride in precision, and is eager to contribute to a growing operation backed by an established business.Key Responsibilities:

Inspect furniture frames for defects such as scratches, dents, or chips; sand and touch up with paint as needed

Pull and stage cushions and frames for outgoing orders

Relocate furniture frames around the warehouse as necessary

Load and unload shipments when required

Receive and tag incoming materials (e.g., fabric, leather, trim) using packing slips and assign correct client names

Verify cushion fit and appearance on frames per detailed purchase order specifications

Inspect stitching, fabric quality, and cushion stuffing

Wrap cushions, place them on shelves, and track items scheduled for shipment

Maintain accurate product knowledge and ensure correct order fulfillment

Distribute customer-owned materials (COM) to the designated departments (cushion, upholstery, etc.)Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Excellent attention to detail

Clean, organized, and safety-conscious work habits

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
