Location: Westminster, CO (On-Site)
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Range: $63.87 – $82.66/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week), flexible with potential for OT

Contribute to engineering solutions for real-world aerospace challenges. What You'll Be Doing:
Perform structural analysis of spacecraft hardware and support systems using a combination of hand calculations and FEA tools.
Conduct static, modal, buckling, and dynamic response evaluations.
Define loading conditions and participate in environmental test efforts (vibration, acoustic, shock, etc.).
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Work cross-functionally with design, systems, and testing teams throughout the development lifecycle. Must-Have Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or similar technical discipline.
6+ years of experience with spacecraft, payloads, ground support, or structural systems.
Active Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Proficiency in Nastran for FEA analysis (static, modal, buckling, frequency). Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
Master’s degree in Structural or Aerospace Engineering.
Familiarity with tools such as Simcenter, FEMAP, LS-Dyna, Abaqus, MATLAB, Adams, Python, or SolidWorks.
Experience analyzing advanced assemblies, fatigue/fracture mechanics, composites, welds, and complex load paths.
Knowledge of nonlinear, explicit, multibody dynamics, or jitter analysis.
Work Environment:
This is a 100% on-site position in Westminster, CO. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred. Occasional local travel to nearby partner facilities may be necessary.
