Machine Operator – Production & Quality Assurance
Location: Seguin, TX
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hrAbout the Role
Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you'll oversee and optimize production lines to maintain efficiency and quality. From setup to inspection, your expertise will ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Operate, adjust, and maintain multiple production lines with conveying and winding equipment
Monitor raw materials and requisition supplies to keep production running smoothly
Assist in training new team members and provide support during lunches and breaks
Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical repairs, reporting larger issues to maintenance
Conduct quality checks using electronic machines and visual inspections to ensure precision
Maintain production, quality, and equipment records
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while keeping work areas tidySkills & Qualifications
Must-Haves
Machine Operation & Inspection – Hands-on experience running and maintaining industrial equipment
Packaging & Quality Control – Understanding of production standards and precision requirements
Attention to Detail – Ability to evaluate deviations from specifications and make necessary adjustments
Mechanical Aptitude – Basic troubleshooting and minor repairs
Physical Stamina – Ability to lift 25-50 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periodsWhy Join Us

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
