Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Overnight Machine Operators in Biddeford, ME. In this role, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment to produce premium building products during the night shift. This position follows a 4 on 4 off schedule from 6pm to 6am.

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely to produce high-quality building products.

Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal production output.

Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.Essential Skills

Willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards work.

At least 6 months of previous experience in production or manufacturing.

Comfortable with 12-hour shifts involving constant walking and standing.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

Work in a large open manufacturing warehouse equipped with long extruder machines operated by individual operators. Join a team of 20 people working in production. The schedule consists of rotating shifts, including some weekends, transitioning to 12-hour shifts from June, both day and night.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, Maine.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
