Job Title: Warehouse Administrative Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and entering truck shipments into our internal system. While training will be provided for specific software, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

Track and enter truck shipments into the internal system.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and inventory management.

Manage shipping and receiving tasks efficiently.

Handle materials and inventory accurately.Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry.

Experience with inventory management and material handling.

Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.

Basic computer literacy and ability to work with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in administrative or clerical roles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
