Client Manager Roles and Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
Understand client needs, goals, and challenges.2. Account Management
Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services/products.
Prepare and present reports on account status.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase client satisfaction.3. Communication & Coordination
Communicate client needs clearly to internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, support).
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.
