How You Will Contribute
Manage all aspects of construction jobs - cash flow and ensuring liquidity.
Oversee daily accounting to ensure general ledger reconciliations are accurate and monthly AIA billing is compliant.
Prepare financial snapshots for all projects.
Prepare and present financial statements ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Financial planning
Prepare financial analysis to identify errors, trends, and opportunities; analyze WIP reports, cost allocation, etc.
Interact regularly with project managers to ensure accurate and timely information.
Develop and manage budgets and maintain a variance analysis.
About YOU!
Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
8+ years of related work experience in construction/project accounting, POC accounting, and/or manufacturing cost accounting role, WIP familiarity
Experience with mergers and acquisitions a plus.
Familiarity with Private Equity ownership is helpful.
Proficient in Sage 300/Sage Intact.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously. Displays extreme attention to detail.
