We are seeking a proactive and dedicated IT Help Desk Technician II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level and second-level support to our healthcare staff and ensuring that all technology-related issues are resolved in a timely manner. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our IT systems and supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications.
Document support requests in the IT service management system and track the resolution process.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment and software.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user guides and knowledge base articles.
Provide training to staff on new software and technology tools as needed.
Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve technology issues.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives aimed at improving the overall IT infrastructure.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, CompTIA plus or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
4+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role in level 2 support.
Must have 1+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 products.
Must possess good working knowledge of networking, Active Directory Management, M365 User Management, Computer Imaging and IT Security concepts.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common applications.
Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and applications is a plus.
