Job Description

This position is responsible for the overall operation of machinery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while adhering to deadlines in a safe manner. The role also involves training and guiding Assistant Machine Operators, assisting in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures and other production-related documentation, performing inventory data entry, and cross-training into other job functions as needed. Regular attendance at departmental, production, safety, and company meetings is required.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery to produce quality products on schedule.

Train and provide direction to Assistant Machine Operators.

Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures and production documentation.

Perform inventory data entry.

Cross-train into other job functions as necessary.

Attend departmental, production, safety, and company meetings regularly.Essential Skills

FIRST SHIFT Monday-Friday! Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
