Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

Job Description

The Warehouse Clerk position is a multi-functional role that demands organization, high attention to detail, follow-through, and exceptional people skills. You will be instrumental in coordinating and supporting warehouse operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointment times according to team needs.

Plan and coordinate warehouse inbound and outbound bookings.

Maintain contact with the internal team throughout the day, promoting collaboration.

Collaborate with the sales team regarding any issues arising from warehouse and transportation.

Manage all customer concerns quickly, efficiently, and in a friendly manner.

Resolve order discrepancies in a timely manner.

Print tags and confirm all appropriate paperwork for orders.

Perform data entry and other clerical duties as needed.

Assist with incoming/outgoing freight paperwork, including copying, sorting, and weight checks.Essential Skills

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent education.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and quick-changing environment.

Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Extremely organized with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Understanding of AS400 WMS system.

Strong math and analytical skills.

Proficiency with 10-key.Additional Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in distribution/cold storage or similar industry.

Common knowledge of distribution warehouse operations.

Working knowledge of Outlook.

Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.

Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision.

Customer service-focused with the ability to interact both in person and remotely.

Reliability and punctuality are of utmost importance.

Schedule

This role is Part Time on weekends. There will be an opportunity for this to turn into a full time schedule.

• Saturday 7am – ~3pm

• Sunday 2pm – ~11pm

Work Environment

This position is based in a cold storage facility, primarily in an office setting. However, the role involves regularly walking through dry, cooler, and freezer departments for product/materials tracking and department communications.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
