CoxHealth Training Technician - Sterile Processing

This position involves maintaining patient safety through continuous observation and surveillance, with shifts that may include 8 or 12-hour periods, such as 6:30AM-3PM, 6:30PM-7AM, or 10:30PM-7AM. The candidate must be available every other weekend and flexible with weekday shifts.

Responsibilities include monitoring assigned patients, communicating with the healthcare team, and ensuring a safe environment.

Preferred qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, previous patient sitter experience.

Must be at least 18 years old, able to communicate effectively, work with diverse staff, patients, and families, possess basic computer skills, and remain alert to safety concerns.

Skills required: problem-solving, flexibility, and attentiveness to safety issues. No licensure/certification required.
