Location: Based near Brookfield WI or Milwaukee area

We are hiring a Field Technician with a strong mechanical background and at least 2 years of experience working with diesel, natural gas, LPG, or gasoline-powered generators or industrial engines. This position is located near the Brookfield or Milwaukee area and will involve travel to customer sites throughout the region.

What You Will Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain generator and industrial engine systems on-site for customers

Complete both scheduled maintenance and emergency service calls

Collaborate with our Lead Engine Technician when additional support is needed

Document service visits and submit reports daily using your company-issued phone, tablet, and laptop

Provide a great customer experience while identifying potential future service needs

Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

What You Should Bring:

At least 2 years of experience working with generators or industrial engines

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Basic computer skills for diagnostics and service documentation

A valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Must live within a commutable distance of Brookfield or Milwaukee

Your own basic tools (we will provide a recommended tool list)

You will be provided with a company vehicle, phone, tablet, and laptop to help you succeed in the field
