Who We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a Vinyl Production Assistant with a passion for quality, precision, and hands-on production. This role is key to bringing our designs to life, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives on attention to detail, and can work at a fast, consistent pace. A Day in the Life of a Vinyl Production Assistant:

Prepare vinyl-ready substrates through cutting, printing, laminating, and surface prep

Weed vinyl graphics with care and efficiency

Apply and install vinyl graphics on vehicles, windows, signs, and more

Communicate and coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, and other departments

Balance multiple jobs with clear priorities and follow-through

Maintain consistent quality through control checks and production guidelines

Qualifications:

Effective communication and strong customer service mindset

Confident working with measurements and interpreting plans

Basic computer skills (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus)

Skilled in vinyl application, including experience with vehicle wraps and large-format graphics

Familiarity with hand tools including cutters, saws, and precision blades

Must be able to accurately read a measuring tape

Other Duties:

This role may evolve to meet the changing needs of our growing business. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Compensation DOE:

$20 – $25 per hour based on experience and skillset

Requirements

Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods

Ability to lean, stretch, and use repetitive motions for application tasks

Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs

Positive attitude and strong team spirit
