Typical Duties
Job Duties:
Serve the institution as an ERP expert in learning and understanding reports and business processes in Ellucian Colleague.
Conduct regular financial analysis and modeling to support regular business functions, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
Monitor and analyze key financial indicators such as revenue, expenses, and cash flow to identify trends and variances.
Budget analysis through P/L creation & analysis.
Articulating financials while working with pivot tables and BI functionality.
Data Sourcing and consolidating financial data.
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments within the organization to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives
Assist with the development and creation of annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting data for senior leadership.
Gather, prepare, and analyze financial reports, develop, and maintain KPI's.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support the institute's business operations.
Collect data to support state and federal report submission, as mandated.
Handle highly sensitive information and confidential records, and materials in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree from an accredited institution
Five (5) years of related experience
Advanced skill level using any or all of the following platforms: Ellucian Colleague, Tableau, Microsoft Excel.Or

Secures a database by using user-level security, document it and distribute the secured application.
