Bizzell US is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to manage the design, development, and optimization of FOH’s SharePoint Online environment. The role involves maintaining site architecture, migrating legacy content, organizing document libraries, and supporting internal collaboration tools and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in federal SharePoint deployments and a strong understanding of information architecture and user experience best practices.

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Architecture & Development

Design and manage the overall SharePoint site architecture, including site collections, subsites, document libraries, and lists.

Customize pages, forms, and navigation using SharePoint Designer and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Develop custom solutions using SPFx, REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript as needed.

Data Migration & Governance

Migrate legacy content from file shares or older SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.

Apply metadata, permissions, and governance structures to maintain consistency and compliance.

Content Management & Collaboration

Organize and maintain document libraries and team collaboration sites.

Enable performance reporting dashboards and support publishing of SOPs, templates, and internal comms.

User Support & Training

Provide SharePoint training and onboarding for new users.

Troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues and coordinate with Microsoft 365 administrators as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ years of experience developing and managing SharePoint Online environments.

Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Power Apps, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, site templates, and metadata design.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting HHS, NIH, or other federal agencies with SharePoint environments.

Familiarity with FedRAMP and records retention policies.

Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., MS-600, PL-100).

Work Environment

Hybrid with periodic on-site support required at FOH HQ in Rockville, MD.

Core business hours are 7 AM – 6 PM EST; availability for sprint demos or team collaboration is required.
