Job Posting: Temporary Clerical Support – Finance Department Location: San Bernardino, CA 92410 Schedule: Part-time (24 hours/week; 2–3 days/week) Term: 6 to 12 months Hourly Rate: $17 – $20 (DOE) Our client is currently seeking a temporary employee to provide essential clerical support to the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities: Perform general filing and indexing of finance-related documents Enter data for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts Cross-check entries for accuracy against source documents Label and organize records to ensure easy retrieval Input and update insurance metadata Assist with organization and preparation of procurement audit files Preferred Qualifications: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience with the Laserfiche Platform is highly desirable Background in accounting or finance is a plus Experience working with public utilities, municipalities, or within the government sector is preferred Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have experience in the public sector?
