Atwork is seeking a Porter in the Corona, CA Location: Corona, CA Pay Rate: $18-22/hr depending on experience Work Schedule: Morning, Day, evening shifts available Assignment Duration: Temp to Hire Key Duties/Responsibilities: Daily Maintenance: Pick up trash around the complexes, clean up dumpster areas and laundry rooms, remove graffiti, and haul trash away.

Report large trash objects requiring removal and any potential liabilities (such as trip hazards, sharp objects) to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Technician.

Resident Conduct Monitoring: Monitor and enforce compliance with house rules, regulations, and leases.

Tag inoperable, stored, unregistered, and abandoned vehicles.

Maintain written records and report any occupancy violations, disturbances, or infractions by residents and guests.

Minor Maintenance and Coordination: Provide maintenance for minor issues, water trees, lawns, and shrubbery, and ensure security lighting is in proper working condition.

Curb Appeal Maintenance: Maintain the curb appeal of assigned communities, ensuring all common areas (such as laundry rooms, mail rooms, community/recreation rooms, and park/pool areas) are kept presentable at all times.

Safety Observation: Continuously observe the community and take action to correct any unsafe conditions.

Develop and maintain good resident relations, encouraging residents to work together.

Vacant Unit Preparation: Assist in the preparation and showing of vacant units as requested, including clean-up, light maintenance, and exterior work.

Safety Compliance: Ensure safety compliance at all times while performing duties.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Daily Coordination:. Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor daily Other Projects: Perform other related projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent with handyman skill set training.

At least 12 consecutive months of work history.

Light maintenance and labor experience preferred.

Must have a clean driving record Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
