BASIC FUNCTION:
Support Algood’s Core Values by incorporating them in daily thoughts and actions
Performs a wide variety of daily office functions, which include answering and transferring calls, greeting visitors, maintaining visitor log, entering and receiving purchase orders, receiving and properly distributing packages and mail, and other assigned responsibilities as described below.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Screen and direct incoming calls and assist guests who have not used LobbyGuard
* Maintain LobbyGuard software, hardware, and visitor log files
* Greet visitors, contractors, and vendors in a professional manner; ensure they follow HACCP and GMP rules and direct them to the correct destination
*Transcribe and distribute messages and information to staff
*Prepare/Sort/Distribute outgoing and incoming mail and all UPS/FEDEX deliveries
*Basic upkeep of office machines and inventory levels of office products
*Create D365 Purchase Orders for approved staff upon request
*Answer Accounting Department questions regarding receipts and invoices
*Create/maintain file folders for organization of vendor and contractor accounts
*Electronic filing in Shipping/Receiving folders on public logistics drive
*Maintain Cintas First Aid cabinet inventory
*Maintain the Company’s communication board PowerPoint Presentation
*Maintain Vestis employee uniform orders, issues, and weekly requirements
*Maintain PPE Inventory and reorder or notify Safety Team when necessary
*Assist with Fruit Logistics & carrier correspondence
*Assist with written work instructions and communications throughout the facility
*In-person daily attendance at the work facility’s location is an essential function of the position
*Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
This position requires working in an internal environment that is climate controlled with low noise.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
High School Diploma
Associate Degree in Business preferred, or at least three years of experience in an office environment
Familiarity with a variety of office machines and a virtual software environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a required skill set for this position. The proficiency requirement includes an understanding of the functions and elements of these applications, including the ability to compile, proofread, edit, format, sort, analyze, share, save, and professionally display data and information.
Familiarity with Microsoft D365 and/or other ERP platforms preferred.
