This role's primary focus is overhauling MTU Series 4000 engines; completely disassemble, rebuild and test the engine under full load at this facility. Both factory and in-house training provided with lean manufacturing principals. All applicants must be energetic, perform well with other team members, and willing to learn every aspect of the job.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In-Shop and In-Field Responsibilities

Inspect the engine for any missing or damaged components

Fully disassemble engine and all components

Inspect and qualify components that are to be reused

Clean and stage all components for reassembly

Assemble engine in accordance to OEM standards following our in-house process

Perform full dyno testing and quality control to ensure standards are met

Clean and prepare engine for paint in accordance to customer specifications

Seal up and package engine for shipping

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of two (2) years of mechanical, assembly, experience preferred.
