About the Role:

As a Mechanical Construction Project Manager, you will oversee mechanical construction projects from the Letter of Intent to completion and warranty. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to precise specifications. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project setup and kickoff meetings.

Manage permits, documentation, submittals, and RFIs using Procore.

Develop and manage detailed project schedules and labor plans.

Coordinate subcontractors, equipment rentals, and material procurement.

Oversee BIM and prefabrication processes for mechanical systems.

Track project financials, ensure timely billings, and project cost projections.

Manage change orders, safety plans, and project closeouts effectively.

Conduct post-project evaluations and provide strategic feedback to management.

Assist sales and preconstruction teams with valuable project insights and logistical support.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of project management experience in construction or mechanical trades.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (ProCore, BuildPs, Primavera, MS Project, or similar).

Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.

A degree in mechanical engineering or construction management is preferred.

Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Field and/or Superintendent experience is advantageous.

Additional Details:

Travel may be required as necessary.

Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and work on a computer for extended periods.
