The Role:
We are seeking Calibration Technicians of all levels to join our team at Accredited Labs, a leading calibration services provider.

Location: On-site at various customer sites in Little Rock, AR and Surrounding Areas. Occasionally, at our office in Little Rock, AR. Please note the first 2 weeks, you will be training at our Dallas headquarters.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites
Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation
Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures and standards
Working directly with the client throughout the calibration process from the first onsite touch point to completion of the project, including good communication to provide client updates on services needed
Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support
Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to lift 50lbs
Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Excellent customer service skills
Good organizational and prioritization skills
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability and willingness to travel to customers’ locations in the Little Rock, AR area and occasional overnight out-of-state travel (1 to 2 nights once a month and potentially up to 1 week on a volunteer basis)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of principles, procedures, methods, and techniques in metrology gained through education or professional experience
Knowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment
Experience working with Manufacturer's Quality Systems
Associate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields
Technical Degree or Certificate
Military PMEL Training
Metrology experience
Experience with IndySoft
