As a Warehouse Manager, you are a part of this family and critical to our success. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for people development and the overall warehouse and delivery operations. This role has a broad range of responsibility in store operations and reports directly to the Assistant Manager.

Assists in the hiring, training and retaining of high-quality team members who exhibit our values
Partners with Assistant Manager to ensure a deep talent bench by continuously developing internal talent and attracting external talent
Leads warehouse team to ensure highest level of customer service standards are executed in home deliveries
Provides feedback and innovative ideas to supervisor on building a more profitable warehouse operation
Ensures proper execution of best practices related to delivery preparation and process
Assists in managing warehouse payroll within budgeted guidelines
Oversees unloading/loading of inbound and outbound merchandise
Increases completion of home delivery rate by utilizing best practices
What will help you succeed:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of warehouse, delivery, or distribution leadership experience
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and team members
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Proven experience in strategic and organizational development, including the ability to attract, develop and retain best in class talent
Proficient in business related technology systems
Track record of servant leadership; serving others and putting team goals first
Owners' mindset: takes ownership over everything within scope of responsibility while still empowering others to do the same
Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
Adaptability; flexible to changing market forces and shifting priorities
