Claims Processor

LaSalle Network is working with a respected nonprofit organization headquartered in downtown Chicago that's looking to hire a Claims Processor immediately. This is an on-site position requiring someone who can multitask across accounting, claims, and compliance functions. If you have experience processing reimbursements or expense claims-especially in a global finance environment-this is a great opportunity to build on that foundation.

Claims Processor Responsibilities:

Accurately code invoices and process payments

Audit and review staff expense reports

Manage reimbursement claims and ensure all required documentation is submitted

Communicate with clients to clarify or collect claim materials

Apply federal guidelines to ensure compliant processing

Keep accurate records and manage files efficiently

Provide timely responses to internal and external finance inquiriesClaims Processor Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance or claims

Familiarity with international exchange rates is strongly preferred

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Comfortable interpreting regulatory guidelines

Excel proficiency and experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
