A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Engineering Technician in Longmont, CO.

If you are interested in this Engineering Technician 4 position, please contact Lindsay at or Engineering Technician Compensation • The pay for this position is based on experience • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Engineering Technician Highlights • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Engineering Technician Responsibilities • Test and debug prototype electro-mechanical systems and specialized test equipment • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and digital multimeters • Perform soldering, desoldering, and circuit-level debugging tasks • Collaborate with engineers to assist in the design and construction of test setups • Execute operational tests and isolate faults in hardware systems • Work from schematics, diagrams, and verbal/written instructions • Support the verification and characterization of mechanical components Engineering Technician Requirements • Strong hands-on technical skills in a lab environment • Experience with PCB testing and diagnostics • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and lab equipment • High School Diploma or GED • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Engineering Technician Preferred Qualifications • Associate degree or technical certification preferred • 3+ years of experience in a similar technician role • Comfortable working independently with minimal design involvement • Reliable and collaborative team member with a support-oriented mindset If you think this Engineering Technician position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me – feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
