The Employment Training Specialist is part-time(29 hours per week). Enjoy meaningful work advocating for and training people with disabilities. Be a part of clients' personal growth, achievement, and independence by training and coaching them to meet their employer's expectations.

Monday - Sunday; hours will be determined based on client needs, require work beyond the regular workday, and response to requests to work within 24-hour notice. Hours not to exceed 29 per week.

WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:

To assist clients who have secured community employment to maintain and develop their vocational skills to levels needed to achieve their vocational goal. This will be accomplished through providing direct job coaching, support, and advocacy.

High school diploma or equivalency; prefer two years of experience in a related field such as Vocational Rehabilitation, special education, teaching, or counseling. Ability to secure a valid driver's license and secure a Health and Welfare criminal background check.
