Wurzak Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Breakfast Attendant to support the Culinary department at our gorgeous property, Element Valley Forge. This position responsible for prepping daily food items to ensure a positive, friendly, and inviting guest experience. We are seeking breakfast attendants who love feeding people, and wowing guests in our restaurant.

The Company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.

Essential Functions

Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive and abundant looking, presentation, making sure it is organized, clean, and standardized

Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day

Maintain cleanliness of breakfast space and restock as needed

Provide excellent guest service

Qualifications

The Company may consider equivalent combination of acceptable education and experience providing the knowledge, skills and abilities cited below.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred

One year of hostess experience in a restaurant is preferred

Prior hospitality experience preferred

Customer Service experience preferred

Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices
