Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Stellantis Shop Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with specific expertise in Stellantis vehicles. As a Shop Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of technicians.

Dispatch work among team of technicians.

Coordinate and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks.

Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and services.

Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.

Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar role in an automotive service environment.

Extensive knowledge of Stellantis vehicles and their systems.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.

Strong communication skills.
