We combined what was traditionally a three-person process—vehicle Selection, Sales Manager deal structuring, and Finance Manager presentation—into one that empowers managers like you to deliver a seamless, personalized experience from start to finish.

We've heard the feedback loud and clear from our customers and our sales team — the process of being handed off between multiple people has been frustrating.

With our new software platform, you can now structure deals, present finance products, and secure lender approvals within minutes—all in one place. This streamlined solution puts the control in your hands, empowering you to deliver the best possible outcome while ensuring a smooth and personalized Guest experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly, conducting needs-assessment discussions

Guide vehicle selection, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations

Engage with clients, identify and capture their requirements, and tailor every interaction to provide a personalized experience.

Structure the deal and appraise trades using our state-of-the-art software (with manager support available as needed)

Present finance & insurance products in a professional, transparent manner

Obtain lender approvals directly, finalize paperwork, and ensure a stress-free vehicle delivery

Follow up afterward to maintain high guest satisfaction and loyalty

Provide a fast, fair and transparent vehicle purchasing process.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Adept at handling various web-based platforms, including DMS, CMS, and email tools, in an entirely digital, paperless setting. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, every time

Self-motivated with a passion for cars and clients.

Exceptionally quick learner, capable of rapidly mastering new skills and adapting to changing environments.
