Eijkelkamp North America is a fast-growing subsidiary of a worldwide leading soil and water company based in the Netherlands. Our office is located in Wilmington, North Carolina.
We have grown in just ten years from three people in a warehouse to a major part of the brand. We are currently looking for an Accounting & Office Assistant to join us!
The successful candidate will report directly to the company Controller, with a dotted line report to the company Chief Executive Officer. This is an on-site role, five days a week during normal business hours.
Responsibilities:
Processing and recording of vendor invoices in accounts payable system.
Continuously review items in accounts payable ledger and advise Controller on critical items.
Manage expense report processes including audit for potential fraud or overcharges.
Provide administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors and responding to general email inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist with annual company benefits open-enrollment and provide basic benefit information to employees.
Coordination of maintenance and building utilities needs for the property.
Skills Required:
Experience with ERP software (Odoo experience is a big plus but not a requirement.)
2+ years prior Administrative Assistant experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
