Fluid Conveyance Division is looking for two Global Pricing Analysts to support the following Business Units: Fuel, A/C, Thermoplastic & Specialty (FACTS) and Rubber Hydraulic Hose & Fittings (RHHF), in all aspects of pricing and quotations. As a Global Pricing Analyst you will be part of experienced Product Management team with functional relation to Divisional Sales Leader. The Global Pricing Analyst will represent the Business Unit in various divisional and segment pricing communities and networks. The position is to be located in one of the Fluid Conveyance locations - Maumee, OH or Eden Prairie, MN.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage List price setting, price adjustment and surcharge preparation/analysis. Provide recommendations for price positioning.
Work with global pricing teams on lifecycle pricing, price guidance and discount structure, pricing agreements, market price analysis and account health monitoring (low fliers)
Work with divisional sales, finance and product managers to understand price positioning and realization in the marketplace
Include collaboration with private label pricing
Understand the OEM and DIST competitive landscape and market positioning of product. Provide recommendations for quote packages.
Be a gatekeeper for Quote Line Item (QLI) approval process
Work with global pricing teams on quote processing and implementation
Work with global pricing teams on pricing excellence and value selling processes. Participate in & contribute to pricing excellence projects

Fluid Conveyance experience
Relevant bachelor’s degree or a high level of relevant business experience
Strong, advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP & Salesforce is a strong plus
Strong communication & networking capabilities with the power to challenge the organization when optimizing customer prices
Energetic & willing to strive for optimum solutions between multiple/conflicting interests
Able to learn the financial ratios used in understanding & running a profitable business
Quality mindset & desire to deliver quality results back to the stakeholders on-time
