Job Description

Efficiently and effectively operate press brake, turret machine, shear press, and other machinery to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders.

Responsibilities

Operate press brake, turret machine, shear press, and other machinery.

Read and interpret blueprints with minor assistance.

Conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

Follow demonstrated or written work instructions.

Lift up to 50 pounds as required.Essential Skills

Work Environment

Shift: 5am - 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday (Friday overtime is rare). The work environment is organized and clean, with a family-oriented atmosphere. Employees must wear steel-toed boots, PPE (provided), and jeans. T-shirts or sweatshirts are acceptable as long as they do not display profanity. The company specializes in custom orders, frequently changing tasks throughout the day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
