Qualifications:
Valid psychologist license in Vermont
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
Previous experience working in K-12 settings
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding special education
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff
Provide counseling and support to students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties
Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs and interventions
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a prehensive approach to student care
Ensure pliance with all state and federal regulations related to student mental health
