Qualifications:
Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Previous experience working in K-12 schools
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
Knowledge of IEP processes and requirements

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention
Monitor and document students progress through regular evaluations
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom
Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families regarding student progress
