DESCRIPTION: Reliever/QC

3rd Shift: 11:00PM - 7:30AM

$20.00 per hour

Location: Buena Park, CA

PURPOSE: The Reliever/QC is responsible for Perform daily production line quality control functions and documentations.

JOB DUTIES:

• Prepare machine for operation according to SOP.

• Regulate machine by setting and adjusting controls according to SOP.

• Maintain specification by observing operations, detecting malfunctions and adjusting controls.

• Perform necessary machine adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure quality and quantity standards are being produced.

• Complete production documentation ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

• Maintain QC training/certification from QA department.

• Other duties may be assigned as needed

SKILLS/QUALIFICATION:

• Dependable

• Good judgment

• Ability to follow safe practices and procedures

• Ability to work in heat and cold environment

• Ability to lift 40lbs

• Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs

• Ability to stand for entire shift

• Must be available to work mandatory weekends (during season)

• Team oriented.

Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year experience in manufacturing environment -

Quality Control experience preferred
