For over 20 years, we have become Hawaii's go-to agency for all digital marketing, advertising, and MarCom needs. Due to continued agency growth, we have an immediate need for a Client Services Manager handle some of our biggest local accounts. Ideal candidates will have agency-side experience managing multiple clients for their traditional and digital marketing needs.
This is a fulltime direct hire role; we are fully onsite in our beautiful Honolulu office (relocation is not available).

We are currently seeking a Client Services Manager to join our fast-paced agency. This position is an integral part of our company, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that we deliver top-notch service that exceeds their expectations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in agency work and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
Is your background a match?
* 3+ years of experience in a client services role within an agency setting (required)
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
* Prior F&B industry experience is a plus
* Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and trends
* Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Proficient with Google Suite
What will you be doing?
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide exceptional service
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients
* Address client issues and concerns, resolving problems effectively to ensure client satisfaction
* Develop comprehensive project plans to meet client goals
* Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, communicating updates and changes to clients regularly
* Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to keep them informed and engaged
* Stay updated on industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to provide strategic advice to clients
