Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Grove City, OH

Job Description

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Opportunity available for a skilled professional in a dynamic educational environment focused on K-12 students. This contract position is located in Grove City, OH, and runs from August 21st to the end of May, with a flexible schedule of 2 to 3 days per week.

Qualifications:

Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license

Willingness to obtain Ohio teaching certification

Bilingual in Spanish; strong preference for candidates with bilingual skills

CCC-SLP certification or equivalent

Experience in teletherapy and pediatric settings

Familiarity with IEPs and school-based therapy

Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders

Collaborate with onsite SLPs to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty regarding student needs

Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students

Participate in professional development opportunities as available
