Sewing Shop Production Manager

A well-established sewing and production shop in Lafayette, CO is seeking a Production Manager with supervisory experience. We specialize in manufacturing sport bags, totes, strap assemblies, veterinary products, bag packs, and more. You MUST be skilled in sewing, with real production experience. Please share details about the industrial sewing machines you've used and the types of products you've helped manufacture.Responsibilities:

Production scheduling

Managing home sewers

Overseeing product quality

Handling inventory and purchasing

Sewing, as time permits

Maintaining a neat, friendly, and productive work environment

Spanish language skills are helpful but not required.Ideal Candidate Will:

Work well with others and give clear, supportive direction

Handle confidential information with discretion

Pay close attention to detail and quality

Plan and optimize production timelines with minimal stressRequirements:

Formal training or hands-on experience in sewing and manufacturing

Experience in a manufacturing or production setting
