We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in St Augustine, FL. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and implement robust BI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data effectively.

• Build and optimize data models to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.

• Perform data cleansing and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis.

• Utilize Power Query to enhance data extraction and transformation processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

• Integrate data from multiple sources, including data lakes, to provide a comprehensive view.

• Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data workflows and processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools, data accuracy, and performance.

• Continuously evaluate and improve existing BI processes and tools to enhance efficiency.• Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.

• Strong experience with SQL for querying and managing data.

• Expertise in Power Query for data transformation and integration.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.

• Familiarity with data lakes and integrating diverse data sources.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
