Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Installer to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. You will primarily travel to commercial (90%) and residential (10%) sites throughout Monroe County to install audio and video systems, including TVs, projectors, and speakers. Occasional travel (up to 10%) outside Monroe County may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely mount TVs, projectors, and speakers to walls and ceilings
Use tools such as stud finders, levels, drills, and measuring tape for precise installations
Run and terminate various cabling types (e.g., HDMI, speaker wire)
Troubleshoot and problem-solve installation challenges on site
Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the job site upon completion
Collaborate closely with team lead (Jason) to complete installations efficiently
Represent the company professionally when working in customer environments
Skills & Requirements:
Experience with mounting and securing AV equipment
Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
Cabling knowledge – running, pulling, terminating (HDMI, speaker wire, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt on-site
Reliable and team-oriented, with good communication skills
Commitment to clean, quality finishes on every job
Additional Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Travel using a company van (depart from office daily)
PPE and company T-shirts provided
OSHA Certification – a plus
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
