Job Description

We are proud to be expanding and looking for a full-time estimator to join our team. We have been in business over 5 years and is currently bringing in revenue of 15+ million annually with goals to increase our market share each year. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and build client relations to continue growth.

Position Requirements:

· 3+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience

· Skilled in building takeoffs and estimates in estimating software platforms OST & Quick Bid

· Solid communication skills

· Willingness to network with clients at social events

· Ability to estimate projects with minimal assistance

· Ability to work with clients on estimates to review scope inclusions and value engineer from early design documents

Skills Required:

· Positive attitude and work ethic

· Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for networking

· Proficient in software programs including: OST, Quick Bid, Excel, Procore, Bluebeam

· Proficient in a form of construction accounting software (CSD utilizes Foundations)

· Ability to commute to work

· Strong knowledge of commercial drywall, framing, and ACT scopes and productions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year Based on the years of experience.

80% in officer base, 20% outside entertainment clients to get the job done!
