We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Senior Accounting Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will oversee a combination of accounting and financial analysis functions, ensuring the organization’s financial health and compliance. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with leadership and shape strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure precision and compliance with accounting standards.

• Develop, manage, and revise organizational budgets to align with company objectives and financial limitations.

• Perform in-depth financial analyses to uncover trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue growth.

• Coordinate and oversee internal and external audit processes to maintain compliance with policies and regulations.

• Manage tax filings and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal tax requirements.

• Monitor and optimize cash flow to support the company's liquidity and financial stability.

• Partner with senior leadership to create and execute financial strategies aimed at driving business success.

• Mentor and guide less experienced accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

• Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to improve operational efficiency and enhance reporting capabilities.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis roles.

• Proficiency in account reconciliations, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and journal entry processes.

• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.

• Experience with month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar financial systems.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
