Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement therapy
Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and best practices in treatment
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine students speech and language needs
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language support
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote students overall development
Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy as needed
Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment
