Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will manage and maintain system operations, ensuring high performance and reliability across various platforms. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory to support user access and security requirements.

• Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365 applications.

• Provide support for phone systems, resolving any technical issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure the smooth operation of Windows 11 environments, including updates and patches.

• Monitor and manage Amazon Web Services (AWS) resources to support business needs.

• Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement system improvements and upgrades.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.

• Perform regular system health checks and monitor for potential issues.

• Respond to and resolve technical support tickets with efficiency and professionalism.• Proven experience working with cloud technologies, including AWS.

• Strong expertise in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration.

• Familiarity with phone system configuration and maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 environments.

• Solid understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) fundamentals.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
