Position: Claims Processor

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Location: Milwaukee, WI, hybrid (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)

Interview Process:

Phone screen with TA

Final in person interview with HM and team (culture/technical/team)

Must Haves:

2-3 years of claims experience

Experience working in medical claims

Experience with TPAs

Know how to manually process a claim

Detail oriented

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable multitasking, hitting deadlines, and working within time constraints

Plusses:

Experience working with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Fresh Desk, Zoho Desk)

Formally worked within healthcare or insurance industry

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a strong Claims Processor who is a team player and ready to learn. This role is crucial in ensuring that both healthcare providers and patients experience a smooth and efficient billing process.

Responsibilities include:

Processing all claims and using Zendesk to assign claim files (could be up to 500 claims a day)

Enter patient and claim information into TPA

Working on adjustments/files and questions from TPAs

Reporting for client engagement team

Working closely with IT department

Emailing internally or to providers and patients to request additional information, clarifying details, resolving discrepancies, and providing updates.

Communicating with team members via Microsoft Teams
