Job Description

Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct prehensive psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.

Collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families to support students with learning differences and behavioral challenges.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with state and federal regulations, ensuring pliance with educational guidelines.

Qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.

Valid Texas licensure as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) issued by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists.

Strong knowledge of Texas special education laws and regulations, including IDEA and Section 504.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and munication skills.

Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Schedule:

This position is per diem, with hours determined by district needs.

Travel reimbursement may be available depending on assignment.
